Sign-in, select My Account , then select My Orders to manage your orders.

The Orders Summary page includes a detailed summary of all of your orders. Select on an OrderID to view details on a specific order and to view a receipt.

Notes:

• Once an Order is placed and paid for, you must contact the Vendor directly to make any changes to the order or to return an item.
• Each Vendor determines if an item is available for pickup or delivery and they determine the shipping & handling charges for each item.
• Each Vendor determines the taxes for each item, if any.
• The status indicates if an order is Complete (if it has been shipped or picked up), if it is Pending (has not shipped or been picked up), or has been returned.
• SchoolRaising does NOT store any credit card data on our servers - All credit card processing is handled by PayPal to ensure your security . You do not need a PayPal account - You can pay with any major credit card or with a PayPal account.

Sign-in, select My Account , select My Orders , then select an OrderID to track the status of a specific order & to view the shipping details.

Notes:

• Each Vendor determines if an item is available for pickup or delivery and they determine the shipping & handling (S&H) charges for each item.
• The status of an order remains Pending , until the item is either picked-up or shipped - then the Vendor marks the order as Complete .
• To track the shipping of an order, please visit the website of the shipping company used by the Vendor and enter the tracking number for the order.
• If there is an issue with the shipping, please contact the Vendor directly to resolve the issue.

The Vendor (Seller) handleds all customer service issues for items or services sold. Please contact the Vendor directly for any issues that you have with an order.

To contact a Vendor, do any of the following:

• Sign-in, select My Account , & select My Orders to get details about the Seller, including contact info.
• Search for the Vendor on the Find A Business page, then search for the Vendor by category, location, or by name. Select the Vendor to get all the available details about the Seller, including contact info.

Notes:

• Please give the Vendor a few business days to respond.
• If you feel you are not getting an adequate response from the Vendor, you can report the issue using our Help Request Form and SchoolRaising will try to help expidite a resolution. However, please be patient, as we are growing rapidly and our resources are stretched at times. Issue resolutions can take up to 1 to 2 weeks and there is no guarantee that we can resolve every issue to your satisfaction, but we will certainly do our best.
